Well TM online portal for user to view monthly bill is already updated. They are not using mytm.tm.com.my anymore and update new website to unifi.com.my/unifi-en/index.page. Even the new website is named after Unifi, Streamyx user still need to login to this same website. But for Streamyx user, they need to sign-up for new account but don't afraid because old account data is still synchronize to your e-mail that you use for the Streamyx application.
Firstly sign-up using your e-mail that you registered with TM for the Streamyx Broadband account. Use as example abcde@gmail.com. Choose New NRIC and type in your new NRIC.
After you click Register, then the website bring you to confirm e-mail registered. After you confirm the link in your e-mail, it will bring to new back to homepage and register back from beginning and then it will ask for TM ID user123@unifi but for Streamyx user, just enter your username without @Streamyx, as example user123.
After registered, sign-in and you can view you account detail. You can also view you last 6 month bills. If you required to view older bills, you can call TM directory (100) and requested them to e-mail you the required bills. Thanks for reading!
